The DI-4B-25 Digital Torque Tester is perfectly suited for on-the-spot calibration of air tools and impact drivers up to 220 lbf-in. In production facilities it is crucial to check the consistency of air guns and impact wrenches. This torque tester gives a digital readout of peak value in either clockwise or counterclockwise directions and also indicates the number of blows for a selected time period (adjustable). The DI-4b-25 torque tester features 3 measurement modes: Peak Down, Peak, or Real Time measurement modes and selectable units lbf-in, kgf-cm, N-cm. Calibrate your own air tools and impact drivers and save down time.
SPC Capability
This digital torque tester has an accuracy of ±0.5%, ±1 LSD, Peak, Real Time and Peak Down modes. The DI-4B-25 is compatible with Imada’s SW-1SV-USB Torque Data Acquisition Spreadsheet. Peak data can be downloaded through the USB virtual COM port to be analyzed further in Excel.
What’s Included
